This past evening — Saturday Feb 9th, we held our wonderful jazz fusion concert ‘Evening of Jazz” in Surrey’s historical St. Helen’s Anglican Church in the heart of Whalley. The concert was connected through the words of local actor Jason Bax. Our lovely guest artist Adele Wilding explored both spiritual and romantic love. Our facility members Natalia and Akylina Pardalis also explored love through both originals and jazz classics. The evening was spun together through the stylings of local musicians Mithun Micheal Bagchi on drums, Emilio Suarez on cello and bass, Ardeshir Pourkeramati on saxophone, and the lovely Elena on violin.

As Adele put it, “I feel as if I have been transported back to the 19th century. Drawing room ballads, Kammermusik, call it what you will. Beautiful, pre Valentine’s ‘Evening of Love’ with a jazz-meets-classical vibe.”

We are currently in development our pop meets classical concert and Natalia’s EP release on September 20th.
