Pardalis Studio has been busy musicking since 2020 started!

We had a wonderful time performing for Youth Unlimited with our Evening of Love – Part 2. It was a wonderful evening of jazz.

Natalia and Akylina Pardalis are also honoured to participate in Music at Queen’s in New Westminster on Sat March 21st. It will be a wonderful evening of jazz with award winning jazz vocalist/composer Adele M. Wilding. We will be backed by wonderful jazz musicians: Dan Reynolds, piano, Mark Bender, bass, and Buff Allen, drums.

As well, we are excited to Amber Leigh and Alyssa von Wittgenstein join Pardalis Studio’s blog ….

Amber Leigh will be covering live shows around town. Send us an email @ natalia@pardalisstudio.com if you have a show that you want covered.

A young resilient woman with a passion for music, nature, art, friends, giving back to her local community and also an advocate for oppressed voices.
She is the mind and visionary behind the musical name “The Crescent Cardinal”. An authentically blended self-taught and classically trained singer-songwriter which she bolsters with her second skill set of being a modest multi-instrumentalist musician.
Her music is inspired by and represents a journey of being vulnerable, imperfections, healing and cultivating resilience with love.

And as our proof-reader  for our blog at Pardalis Studio, we welcome Alyssa von Wittgenstein

Alyssa is very pleased to use her passion and skills in English to Pardalis Studio. She has been writing her own stories solo and with friends online for over ten years now. She has dabbled in storytelling, poetry and has helped with lyric writing in her past.

In her past, Alyssa has sung in her high school choir and played clarinet in her high school band. Today, she enjoys going to open mic nights with her friends and supporting her close friend of over 20 years as she navigates the music world.

A somewhat new passion and artistic side to Alyssa is theater. She has been watching another close friend perform onstage for the past several years and has joined her friend in theater. For the past three years, Alyssa has performed on and helped off stage at the Royal Canadian Theater Company as a performer doing English-style Pantomimes during the Christmas seasons. She has performed in “Sinbad, the Pirates and the Island of the Dinosaur” in 2016-2017 and this past Christmas holiday in “Snow White”. She also worked backstage for the Company for “Hansel, Gretel and the Strolling Players” in 2017-2018.

When Alyssa isn’t busy with theater, music binges and work, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family and her rescue cat, Evie. Alyssa enjoys going on adventures in Vancouver, hiking around areas such as Alouette Lake, Manning Park and she is looking forward to going to many other places in the years to come.
